SAUVIGNON BLANC

CALIFORNIA

The Sauvignon Blanc that hits the spot.

You know that saying about how once you open a bag of chips you just can't stop? Well, this bottle of Vin 21 will pair perfectly with that bag of chips, not only because the crisp acidity will offset the greasy chip perfectly, but because you’ll find yourself going back again and again—it’s that good.

Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc from California, this bottle of wine is probably the only good thing that came out of 2021... so enjoy it. You deserve it!

You know what they say: the riper the grapes, the fruitier the wine. Okay, maybe they don’t say that, but they should. Here’s why: California’s sun-drenched climate makes a rich, fruity Sauvignon Blanc where colder regions make wines with more herbal, grassy notes.

This bottle is bursting with peach, honeydew, nectarine, and lemon…does this count as fruit salad? We think you can get away with it.

Fun fact: Sauvignon Blanc is the parent of Cabernet Sauvignon.

The two grapes couldn’t be more different but the rumors are true: Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet Franc are the parent grapes of the famed Cabernet Sauvignon. The name “sauvignon” comes from the French word sauvage which means “wild”.

Pair this with just about any dinner.

Why do we love Sauvignon Blanc so much? Because it goes well with almost everything you planned on cooking next week. The possibilities are endless with Vin 21 but here are our favorites: seafood casserole, shrimp scampi, tortellini salad, pesto — even roasted Brussel sprouts, undoubtedly the hardest side dish to pair with wine, has a friend in Sauvignon Blanc.

And of course, don’t forget that bag of chips…
